Role Summary:

- Baker Hughes, a GE company is seeking CNC Programmer to be based in UAE.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Create efficient and error free CNC programs in ISO / Mazatrol / Fanuc platform. Ability to read, write and fully understand machine G code
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints & Engineering Drawings
- Experience in vericut or similar applications
- Experience in NX CAM / Master CAM
- Hands on Experience on CNC turning centers, Multi axis Machining centers (VMC).
- Experience in Tool planning, process planning, Cycle time estimation, best cutting tools selection
- Provide required documents for machine set-up(set-up sheet, visual drawings, etc.).
- Transfer/Receive programs to shop DNC station
- Experience in creating CNC programs up to 5 axis machines
- Design fixtures/ tooling and provide drawings when necessary.
- Assist Operators in troubleshooting problems on shop floor.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
