You will lead the development and execution of coaching and mentoring strategies to support employee development, succession planning, and organizational excellence.

Description
• Providing strategic direction for coaching and mentoring initiatives.
• Developing comprehensive frameworks, policies, and standards to support employee growth.
• Collaborating with government entities to integrate and implement coaching and mentoring programs.
• Managing third-party service providers, ensuring their performance aligns with SLAs.
• Designing tailored coaching plans for executives, focusing on professional development and succession planning.
• Monitoring and reporting on program effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Supporting the deployment of coaching and mentoring activities across Abu Dhabi government entities.

• Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement expertise, and a results-driven mindset.
