As the Chief Specialist, you will lead the development and implementation of impactful learning journeys and interventions that support the growth and transformation of senior leaders. Description

* Develop and manage coaching and L&D strategies that align with long-term organizational goals.
* Support internal and external stakeholders, including 55 entities, with tailored coaching and development interventions.
* Manage budgets efficiently, allocating resources across coaching, development, and related initiatives.
* Oversee and implement innovative projects and initiatives that drive leadership development and organizational growth.
* Collaborate with executive leaders, external vendors, coaches, and various talent-focused roles, such as directors and undersecretaries.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest tools and techniques in coaching and development to continuously improve effectiveness and outcomes.
