As the Chief Specialist, you will lead the development and implementation of impactful learning journeys and interventions that support the growth and transformation of senior leaders. This role requires someone who thrives in an independent, results-driven environment and is comfortable taking the initiative to introduce new ideas and approaches.

Description

* Develop and manage coaching and L&D strategies that align with long-term organizational goals.
* Support internal and external stakeholders, including 55 entities, with tailored coaching and development interventions.
* Manage budgets efficiently, allocating resources across coaching, development, and related initiatives.
* Oversee and implement innovative projects and initiatives that drive leadership development and organizational growth.
* Collaborate with executive leaders, external vendors, coaches, and various talent-focused roles, such as directors and undersecretaries.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest tools and techniques in coaching and development to continuously improve effectiveness and outcomes.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience in coaching and learning & development, with a focus on senior leadership roles.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee large-scale interventions and allocate resources effectively.
* Proven ability to work independently and innovate without the need for constant direction.
* Experience in managing budgets and strategically planning for the future of coaching and development within an organisation.
* Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset focused on long-term growth.
