About the Client:
A multi-concept, all-day dining experience offering a blend of specialty coffee, comfort food, and fine dining.

Job Description:
• Lead and oversee all roasting processes as well as develop and optimize roasting profiles to enhance bean characteristics.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot roasting equipment to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement barista training programs to maintain uniform quality across branches.
• Source high-quality green coffee beans, focusing on origin, varietals, and processing methods & negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

• Must have atleast 3 years of experience in coffee roasting with expertise in diverse roast profiles
• Should have demonstrated experience in sourcing and managing green coffee inventories with solid understanding of quality control, cupping, and flavor profiling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to manage teams and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in roasting software and inventory management systems

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
