Collection Officer - Real Estate

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Collection Officer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and following up on outstanding payments, ensuring smooth transactions between brokers, clients, and developers..

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Review and manage the company’s debtor list, ensuring timely collections from developers.
• Prepare and send invoices for pending payments to developers
• Follow up with brokers for pending SPA (Sales & Purchase Agreements) and client payments.
• Liaise with developers regarding overdue commissions and ensure prompt settlements.
• Update and maintain accurate follow-up comments in the system.
• Monitor emails and respond to developer queries related to collections and payments.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, preferably in the UAE real estate sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow up effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
