Collections Specialist

We’re looking for a professional collections agent to help our company collect outstanding payments from clients. In this position, you’ll be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone, establishing payment schedules and working alongside the Customer Support department to ensure account resolution.


• Contacting clients by phone and email regarding any past due balances.
• Negotiate effective repayment plans.
• Follow-up with clients on overdue accounts.
• Research and implement effective collection techniques.
• Perform all administrative duties related to ensuring office efficiency.
• Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner.

AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.



• Previous call center work experience in collections.
• 4+ years outbound collection experience
• Bank experience, US Bank experience is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of collection processes.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and people skills.
• Outstanding phone etiquette.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Proficient mathematical skills.
• Resilient with impolite clients.

Compensation Package: (AED 5,000) + incentives
Contract length: 24 Months
