Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking out for a highly motivated and passionate professional responsible for planning, developing and operating control centres and ensuring effective partnership with all operational control centres within other government entities. You will be given the opportunity to take full initiative to make your own decisions within the scope of your work and responsibilities and to maximise business benefit.

Description:
* Will assist with the development of strategies and roadmap for the control centre of the organisation as well as identify gaps and objectives to meet the organisation's strategic alignment.
* Should actively monitor and identify new and emerging command and control centre technologies and asses the relevance and potential value it would have to the organisation.
* Ensure the existing control centre functions are maintained and improved. Perform in depth analysis of the current functionalities and create new opportunities within the control centre to develop new functions within their use of technologies, knowledge, research and partnerships with other agencies, sectors and external entities.
* Develop, improve and maintain policies, business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Assist with training and supervising specialists, analysts and consultancy services with their extensive knowledge.

Job Offer:
This is a crucial role at a government entity with a permanent contract including tax-free salary of 30,000 to 40,000 AED per month (dependant on experience) plus benefits.

Requirements

* Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT within a recognized university.
* Minimum 8 years of experience managing control centre environments at a senior level.
* Knowledge of control centre operational processes, procedures and escalation procedure standards.
* Must be a computer literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
