Job description / Role
This role is to support our Commercial Manager with a very busy Food Import & Export business.
Daily duties are:
- Follow up pending import/export files with the Dubai Municipality
- Application & collection of all import/export documents
- Prepare and send reports for shipping-log in excel
- Apply for health certificates, certificates of origin etc
- Prepare export invoices and packing lists
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in food import and export documentation
- Experience in applying for health certificates, certificate of origin ,FITR and FIRS
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skill in English
