Responsibilities
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Commercial and Business Development Specialist to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The Commercial Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the business operations of the client.
This role encompasses developing and implementing commercial strategies, identifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing existing client relationships to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target clients.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company's market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop pricing strategies and models to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement revenue generation plans to achieve sales targets.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Support the development and implementation of efficient commercial processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant commercial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate commercial strategies and objectives to stakeholders.
- Resolve commercial disputes and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years of relevant work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree.
Experience in the Facility Management industry is essential.
