Western Commercial/Contracts Manager for a Main Contractor in Dubai

Our client has an enviable portfolio of completed projects that include high-rise office and residential, corporate headquarters, hotels, and commercial buildings. They offer clients a comprehensive selection of procurement methods including traditional, design and build, two stage tender and advocate partnering with selected clients.

They are currently looking for a Commercial/Contracts Manager.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Similar.
• Should have 4-5 years experience as Commercial/Contracts Manager
• Experience directly on large programmes desired.
• High communicator; across, up and down.
• RICS qualified
• British national with GCC experience
