Commercial Coordinator

Job description / Role

Our Client is a leader in metal packaging technology, they are looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join the team to support the commercial department in all aspects of it's interactions with customers & internal stakeholders, some of the responsibilities are, Issuance and follow up of Pro-forma Invoices,Maintaining an active list of Artworks and coordinate them with customers, studio and production, Obtain and maintain most recent and realistic label and size wise forecasts from the customer, Conducting demand planning considering the customer forecast & order.

Production scheduling in line with sales / customers’ requirements and production department resources availability to achieve optimum utilization to keep the inventory levels at permissible level. Issue weekly & monthly reports as required.

Create and maintain JDE item list. Full understand & implementation of CEC & BRC Systems.Maintain SOX documents as per department requirements. Manage administrative requirements of commercial department as required.

Requirements

• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in Key Accounts Management and B to B sales. Preference may be given to candidates with Beverages industry background.
• Skills & Competence:
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Key Accounts handling / CRM expertise
• Negotiation skills
• Intermediary Excel skills
• Previous ERP experience, preferably JDE
