Job Title: Commercial Detailer

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Commercial Detailer to join our client's team in the UAE. In this role, you will collaborate closely with their commercial team to present and demonstrate our products to businesses across the region. Your ability to showcase our products' features and benefits in a compelling and professional manner will be critical to our success in the market.

Responsibilities:

Product Presentation and Demonstration:

* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients and businesses.
* Showcase the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products.
* Address client inquiries and provide in-depth product knowledge.

Client Engagement:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
* Understand clients' specific needs and tailor product demonstrations accordingly.
* Collaborate with the commercial team to identify opportunities and prospects.

Technical Expertise:

* Gain a deep understanding of our products, including their technical specifications and applications.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to effectively address client questions.

Documentation:

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, product presentations, and feedback.
* Prepare and submit reports on client engagement and product performance.

Training and Support:

* Provide training and support to clients on product usage, maintenance, and best practices.
* Assist clients in resolving any product-related issues or concerns.

Market Analysis:

* Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' offerings.
* Provide valuable insights and feedback to the commercial team for product improvement and development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in sales, product demonstrations, or a related field is preferred.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and demonstrations.
