Our client provides Supply Chain solutions. They have been in the market for over 60 years. They are currently recruiting for a Commercial Director for their office in Dubai.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Market research and analysis to assess markets and their potential, new products and services
• Identify the most suitable target markets, regions and customers
• Represent the Company’s interest at appropriate regional forums to drive brand awareness
• Provide input to build the sales funnel for MENA
• Develop and institutionalise the required sales methodology and process to be followed
• Align pricing architecture to deliver customer value and profitable growth for the company.
• Manage the innovation process from idea generation, to feasibility study, to pilot, to proposal for rollout for new products, services and / or markets.
• Development of customer solutions – Assembly of the scope of service in conjunction with functional leaders across the organisation, costing of proposals, business model, pricing structure and business case
• Review and input into key customer proposals
• Develop strong working relationships and contacts with C Suite executives in existing and potential customer base
• Develop strategic solutions to meet our business targets
• Ensure the profitable growth expectations for the company are realised once significant new business wins have been implemented
• Review of customer profitability – ensuring we are driving profitable growth
• Process development and implementation of global key account management
• Lead senior negotiations with customer base
• Create a customer-focused culture at all levels within the business that delivers measurable customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Commerce or business degree with Post Graduate qualification
• Knowledge of Sales Development, Marketing and Client Services best practices and tools
• More than 5 years Senior Management experience
• Experience to engage customers and governments at top management level.
• Working in emerging market regions
• Sales methodology and planning
• Creating and maintaining a high performance culture
• Strong collaborative capabilities to achieve goals functionally and cross functionally.
• Understands Customer behaviours, industry and market trends, economic conditions and impact.
• Able to anticipate and act on opportunities to bring sale leads to market.
• Able to coordinate and manage all functions for the delivery of the service to the client
