Key Role:

• As a Commercial Director you will oversee management of contracts related to specific key assets across the business, you will lead the commercial contract negotiations, b2b negotiations at a Corporate level.

Requirements

Must:
• Experience: Min 10+ Years in Master Plan/ Mixed Use Large Scale projects.
• A degree in Business, Economics or Real Estate related discipline
• Expertise in managing commercial contracts on both b2b and b2c level
• Real Estate experience with the ability to manage high-value lease and property management contracts
• UAE procurement regulations
• Create and implement a Company Asset Management policies and procedures

Note: Candidate has to be in UAE for Face to Face Interview.
