Our client is a Global Multinational FMCG business with operations worldwide. They are recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager for their offices in Dubai.

Our client, a Multinational FMCG business is hiring a Commercial Finance Manager to be based out of their offices in Dubai

Description

* Lead decision making and financial planning
* Partner with the commercial and sales team to provide relevant insights
* Responsible for monitoring market sales performance and managing sales budgets
* Liaise with business managers to align on operational strategy and manage sales OPEX expenses
* Manage the marketing trade spend governance
* Maintain overall financial control and compliance
* Lead and coach a lean team of 1-2 individuals
* Ensure smooth communication internally and externally
* Compliance with group and local accounting standards

Requirements

* Minimum 10 years of experience, of which at least 6 MUST be in a sales finance/commercial finance role
* Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related; Professional Accounting Qualification is a huge advantage (CIMA, ACA, etc.)
* Experience in the FMCG sector is a MUST
