Role Summary:

Drive the total GE Healthcare business commercially at the LCT level through leadership and development of the Indirect Channel Partners teams. The LCT Commercial GM will define and implement GE Healthcare's ICP commercial strategy for the whole portfolio in the LCT, with the challenge of achieving growth set in the annual Operating Plan in a dynamic environment. The role will also build up the LCT Indirect infrastructure and lead on key deals, leveraging the full synergies of GE Healthcare.

Essential Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities/essential functions include (but are not limited to):

- Full commercial responsibility for the GE Healthcare indirect business in the LCT.
- Provide strategic and organizational leadership and direction for the LCT encompassing total responsibility for 100% of the GE Healthcare business (orders, revenue, and margin). Drive LCT ICP specific commercial strategy for GE Healthcare to achieve business goals, with focus on high impact, strategic sales initiatives.
- Channel Partner Management and direction to achieve financials set out in annual operating plan (Orders, Sales, and Margin)
- Map commercial capabilities of partner ecosystem to support LCT leadership in gap analysis & improvement planning
- Lead strategy, design, & execution of channel effectiveness by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing related needs
- Develop and own Channel Life Cycle processes (appointment / renewal / termination) and ensure compliance with GE policies.
- Help driving consistency and impact of marketing programs for partner channel ecosystem to improve OneGE face to customers
- Support EGM partner management functions by establishing a cohesive effective 'Tiering', improved performance systems/KPIs
- Support the optimization of total channel management budget.
- In coordination with stakeholders and Channel Partners, develop and implement an integrated business plan for the LCT that includes key strategies, tactics, financial objectives, budgets, channel structure (direct and indirect), resource deployment, etc. Analyze financial performance against plan and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Actively manage and develop all levels of the LCT Commercial staff, both direct and indirect reports, and support the company's talent development and management approaches.
- Drive the organisational and cultural changes needed to support the New GTM model. Be a role model for boundaryless collaboration and GE Growth Values both internally and externally.
- Ensure the analysis, development, and communication of key market and customer trends in the LCT.
- Communicate with passion to engage senior management to develop solutions to maximize GE Healthcare results in LCT.
- Lead the development and presentation of the LCT Commercial Strategy/ Playbook to ensure any specific LCT requirements are incorporated into product plans.
- Leverage the LCT capabilities for executing complex, cross-business deals combining products and solutions across all business units. Be personally engaged in leading the biggest, most strategic deals within the LCT.
- Effectively leverage key industry information and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage in the marketplace. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, provide leadership and direction where there are crucial customer interfaces. Leverage LCT ICP GTM to Strengthen the external image of the business with luminaries and thought-leaders.
- Build and manage strong Indirect Account Executive teams. Lead through them to obtain outstanding performance from the whole team. Drive collaborative culture to ensure teams, including Product teams, are mobilized effectively to meet strategic business goals for GEHC and Partner.
- Ensure that all LCT commercial personnel are aware of and operate according to GE Healthcare's compliance and business code of conduct policies.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Education to Bachelor Degree level. Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years' experience in Business Management or Sales / Marketing OR equivalent years of experience progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market.
- 5 years experience closing large, complex, strategic deals.
- Minimum of 10 years in healthcare industry managing Channel Partners.
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial needs accurately and establish budget effectively.
- Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams. An inclusive leader who builds a connection to the workforce through personal involvement and trust.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change through exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals.
- Exceptional presentation skills; able to present ideas and communicate to customers and team in a way that produces understanding and impact.
- Understanding of customer/marketplace and drivers that influence customer behavior. Talent for ensuring satisfied customers by providing value-added products and services.
- Ability to resolve complex issues within area.
- Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
- Strong sales experience and substantial P&L management experience with significant track record.
- Fluency in Arabic and English language

- Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.
- Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
