Job description / Role
The role is responsible for the correct and timely creation and distribution of sales, or related commercial reports. It provides insights and analysis, regarding sales performance and generate GCCB sales reports. This role requires evaluating Sales trends, prescript and predict opportunities, uncovering areas for improvement, and suggest solutions. The person in the role works with all related databases in the company. The role also reads internal and external sales and commercial information/reports/data/analytics and provides actionable insights to the management and commercial teams.
• Responsible to prepare and timely distribute all periodic sales reports for total GCCB and Countries.
• Responsible for developing reports/dashboards on EPOS/ Market share, Promotion Analysis, Trade discount analysis etc, deriving insights and sharing with Sales team to drive SOV growth.
• Responsible for preparing Sales reviews, deriving insights and presenting it to the Sales team in Monthly meetings to drive growth.
• Responsible for Promotional analysis to provide insights to the Sales team to ensure the Promo objectives are achieved in terms of ROI, Market share gain, Customer relationship/ Consumer engagement.
• Supports the RGM and analytics head in preparation of Commercial reports and other related presentations, under his guidance.
Requirements
• Min 1 year experience of working with the company’s (commercial) database.
• Understanding of sales processes and analytical thinking.
• Team-player
• Self-starter
• Effective communication and influencing skills.
• High IT literacy and proficient in MS Office tools.
