Charterhouse is working with a long established regional law firm who is looking to hire a Dispute Resolution Associate to join its highly regarded office in Dubai. The position will be to play a lead role in relation to the conduct of commercial litigation and arbitration matters for a range of clients.

This role will be to work closely with the Partners, in relation to undertaking a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution work, covering sectors such as commercial, banking, real estate and insurance sectors, along with contentious regulatory matters.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a Common law admitted Solicitor or Barrister with c.4-7 years’ demonstrable experience gained at well regarded law firm or chambers, already in Dubai or open to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. Arabic language skills are not required. Our client is keen to speak to a lawyer with a good background in commercial litigation work, with experience of High Court level disputes and dealing with sophisticated clients. An understanding of the GCC laws and court system, combined with experience and an interest in Arbitration work is ideal.
