Commercial Litigation Solicitor NQ – 2 PQE

Charterhouse is working with a global law firm that is looking to hire a Common Law Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor at the NQ – 2 PQE level. Our client would be interested in strong candidates with experience gained in the Dubai, London or Sydney market at leading legal directories rated law firm.

The role will involve working closely with the Commercial Litigation and Arbitration Partners in the firm, in relation to working with a range of clients on a mix of commercial and financial dispute resolution work with a focus on the UAE and broader Middle East market. Our client has an excellent reputation and client-base along with one of the largest global networks. This is an excellent opportunity with superb prospects for continued career and practice development to join a long-term, well established law firm in the Dubai market as a Junior Lawyer and gain some excellent experience and training.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified Commercial and Financial Dispute Resolution Solicitor with NQ - 2 years high quality experience gained at an international / legal directories ranked law firm. Arabic language skills are not required for this position. The work will involve acting for high profile clients and complex matters, so demonstrable experience of leading on sizeable disputes is essential, combined with excellent academics. Our client is offering excellent tax free remuneration to attract the right individual, and is interested in candidates with experience gained at international firms in the UAE, or open to relocate from London, Sydney etc. from a top tier law firm.
