Job description / Role
Client is a market-leading Western contractor - are seeking a Commercial Manager to fulfill a role in the development of new residential builds.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary package with an opportunity for growth further into the role.
Requirements
- 15 years experience in a related role, preferably a majority in the UAE
- Degree educated in a related subject
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC, preferably RICS accredited
- Experience managing multi-national teams toward a common goal
