Job description / Role
Our client is a market leading PMC based in the UAE. Due to their newly awarded HIGH RISE project in the heart of Dubai, they are now recruiting a Commercial Manager to join their award winning team.
Together we are looking for candidates that have the ability to hit the ground running, managing a team of 20+.
Pre and Post Contract experience is essential for the role, as well as having experience in HIGH RISE projects in the GCC.
Requirements
- A Degree in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS
- 15 years + experience within the Consultancy or PMC environment
- Loyal working employment background
- Based in the GCC currently
