Job description / Role
Global Engineering Projects are working on behalf of their client, an international contracting company, recruiting for a Commercial Manager. This position is for a number of commercial and residential building projects in Dubai.
Due to the nature of these project and the workload, we are looking to speak with candidates who are immediately available and based in the UAE only.
Requirements
• At least 10 years’ commercial experience
• Worked on large buildings and/or residential projects
• Managed teams of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff
• Western Educated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
