Job description / Role
Currently recruiting for a Commercial manager to work on an ADNOC project in the UAE. The role is working for a main contractor who are currently leading a number of projects across the UAE
Ideal Candidates must have a minimum 5-10 years experience in the Middle East. Preference will be given to candidates with experience of Commercial Build projects.
Requirements
• Contractual and Commercial Advice to Board level Management
• Claims, Change Order, Dispute and Risk Management
• Review, drafting and amendment of contractual documents and
• correspondence
• Review of Tender Documents
• Strong knowledge of cost control and driving value.
