Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Driving forward sales for the company including managing strategy and implementing improvements and growth
• Directly accountable for the delivery of sales objectives for the group
• Supervise real estate sales agents, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry, develop effective sales training programs
• Buyer and seller consultations
• Ability to handle negotiations and contract-to-close activities
• Must have their own existing network and contacts of buyers and sellers of properties within the UAE
• Responsible for working in a target driven sales environment
• Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.
• Communicates clearly and professionally in written and oral forms to both internal and external clients.
• Sets goals and strives to achieve them with enthusiasm and determination
• Ensure potential customers are provided with reliable and accurate information regarding properties
• Manage sales enquiries and meetings professionally and maintain a high standard of service
• Source potential clients and establish a good work relationship
• Possesses and employs knowledge of systems, situations, pressures, and cultures inside and outside of the organization to identify potential organizational, market, and other problems and opportunities.
• Reporting – Weekly activities reporting to Management

Requirements

• 3 x years’ experience at a similar level in Dubai
• A good negotiator with strong leadership skills
• Experience with dealing with high-net worth individuals and VIP clientele
• RERA certified
• Driving license and own vehicle
• Computer literate & excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to work outside of working hours and on weekends
• Must have a detailed knowledge of property and contract laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property.
• Presentable, confident and driven
• Good time management skills
• Assertive and willingness to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills
