Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established FMCG food distribution company, who specialise in frozen goods and are looking to hire a Commercial Manager to join their team. As the Commercial Manager you will report directly to the CEO, and manage a direct team of 3.
Your main responsibilities will be the strategic direction and overall management of the brand. You will conduct market analysis, manage existing customers as well as generate new clients across all channels. Your role is comprehensive across the business, a combination of sales, marketing and operations. You will also develop brand and marketing strategies.
The successful candidate should have extensive experience in frozen goods sales and marketing with a strong strategic background, having developed their career to a senior level with a comprehensive network and up to date market knowledge. The ideal candidate should be experienced in the GCC and Africa, especially the UAE and Oman. This role requires a well-balanced person who is approachable and positive whilst also strong and assertive in business. This role will require some travel across the region.
