The commercial manager is responsible for managing the contractual and commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion. The role involves leading a team to provide commercial services ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Success requires minimizing risk, achieving best value, and maximizing investment return. Regular interaction with clients to understand needs and provide sound advice is crucial, along with strategy implementation, relationship management, cost savings, and effective contract management.
