Commercial Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Manager to work for an international main contractor in Dubai, this role would be head office based overseeing multiple projects. There would be some travel required when needed to other projects throughout the Middle East.

• Knowledge of local and international construction laws and regulations.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts or other standard forms of contract in the construction industry.
• Provide expert advice and support to legacy and closing projects to ensure we maximize opportunities including successful close out of subcontractors and suppliers within set budget goals.
