Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join Nurol LLC OPC and support our project portfolio across the UAE. You will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of ongoing and new construction projects, ensuring strong contract compliance, financial performance, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage interim and final payment certificates for clients and consultants
• Administer, review, and negotiate subcontractor, supplier, and vendor contracts
• Assess variations, claims, extensions of time, and change orders, with commercial impact analysis
• Lead cost control, forecasting, cash flow, and budget management for assigned projects
• Coordinate with project teams on contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and dispute avoidance
• Prepare monthly commercial reports, KPI dashboards, and cash flow projections
• Handle final accounts negotiations and close-out activities with subcontractors
• Assist in bid preparation, tender evaluation, and commercial input for proposals
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, UAE regulations, and contract conditions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 8+ years of construction industry experience in commercial/contract roles, preferably with UAE/GCC exposure
• Deep understanding of commercial contract administration (FIDIC and other standard forms)
• Proven ability in cost management, payment certification, claims management, and risk assessment
• Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Familiarity with UAE legal and commercial practices in construction
