As a Commercial Agent with Engel & Völkers you have access to Active listings, exclusive listings with major firms in DIFC / DMCC / Business Bay / Downtown / Deira / Bur Dubai / SZ Road, in addition we offer you premium Marketing tools, expert training academy, ongoing managerial & administrative support to assist with day-to-day duties.

Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and sales of properties
- Valuation and presentation of properties
- Negotiating property values
- Professional and ongoing client support
- Implementation of sales and marketing activities

Requirements

- Real Estate experience in the Dubai (Outside experience will be considered)
- Several years of verified sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to think on ones feet and offer expert customer service to clients.
- A high degree of commitment and an independent way of working
- Excellent English skills are mandatory (Read / Write /Speak)
- Experience working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
- Good-natured conduct, a confident, friendly manner and a professional appearance
- UAE Diving License is mandatory
