Want to earn 50% commission on all deals with the average leasing deal being 16.6% of the annual rent and the average and sale commission coming in at 4% of the sales price?

We are growing CRC, the UAE's largest commercial team. If you have experience within B2B sales and a strong work ethic then we would like to speak with you.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Lead generation, both instructions and prospective clients, through warm calling
- Valuations
- Networking to become a commercial specialist
- Qualifying new leads
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating and finalising deals
- Handing over properties and following up with clients

Requirements

- 2 years sales experience, preferably B2B sales.
- Full driving license
- Determination to succeed
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Money motivated
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Financial stability to be able to relocate to Dubai
- Fluent in the English language
