Job description / Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for undertaking valuation and advisory instructions for all asset classes in accordance with RICS, IVS and RERA.
They will be responsible for providing a high standard of quality and service.
The position involves overseeing the development and growth of the department and providing valuation services to both corporate and private clients.
Day to day the role will involve:
- Communicating with Private and Corporate Clients
- Communicating with Banks
- Valuations and Instructions
- Preparing and sending quotations
- Business development
- Administration work
- Preparation and execution of market commentary for reports
- Assist with marketing content
- Development Valuation trackers / comparable database.
Requirements
- MRICS – (RICS Registered Valuer preferable)
- Minimum of 3 years of UAE valuation experience
- Business development and growing relationships
- Leading client pitches
- Able to grow, manage and train a team of valuers
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Understanding of Argus software’s
- Fee Forecasting
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Valid Drivers License
