They will play a crucial part in delivering top-quality service to our clients, ensuring vehicle safety and reliability while fostering positive client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Commercial vehicle and bus maintenance, customer service & technical support

• Carry out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on commercial vehicles and buses, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Engage directly with clients to understand vehicle issues, communicate technical findings, and explain recommended solutions in clear, non-technical language.

Required skills

Selling skills, technical knowledge, and communication

• Strong technical knowledge in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of commercial vehicles and bus systems including mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic components.
• Relevant technical qualification in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working with commercial vehicles and/or buses in a technical service or maintenance capacity is required.
• Previous exposure to customer-facing or sales roles within an automotive or commercial vehicle environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment, maintenance planning, and modern vehicle systems (including hybrid/electric buses) is an advantage.
