Position Title: Commi 1 Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals and centralized tips

About the Client:
An all-day, high end casual dining in the heart of Dubai serving their specialty of Mediterranean cuisine.
Job Description:
• Assist the Chefs in the kitchen in preparing and cooking dishes
• Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
• Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods
• Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
• Prepare basic dishes and assists the chefs in a fast phase daily setting
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals preferably Nepal, Indian, Filipino, and Sri Lankan
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years of UAE work experience from mid to high-end casual dining
• Knowledge in Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
