About the Client:
A 5-Star hospitality company in a prime location in Dubai is participating in the upcoming DUBAI EXPO 2020 and expanding their line of premium restaurants catering Continental cuisine.
Job Description:
• Assist the chefs in the kitchen in preparing and cooking dishes
• Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
• Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods
• Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
• Prepare basic dishes and assists the chefs in a fast phase daily setting
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 1 year of work experience in the same role preferably from a high-end stand-alone restaurant
