About the Client:
A casual dining, Thai restaurant in Dubai premium location, showcasing Bangkok specialty Street food and desserts
Job Description:
• Prepare ingredients as per menu and cooking basic dishes as assigned in a fast phase daily setting
• Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
• Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods
• Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
• Report inventory to the head chef every end of shift
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Southeast Asian nationals living in the UAE
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• Minimum 3 years of experience on the same role, preferably having experience in a high-end/stand-alone restaurant
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
