Position Title: Commi
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A casual dining, Thai restaurant in Dubai premium location, showcasing Bangkok specialty Street food and desserts.

Job Description:
- Prepare ingredients as per menu and cooking basic dishes as assigned in a fast phase daily setting
- Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
- Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods
- Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
- Report inventory to the head chef every end of shift

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to Southeast Asian nationals
- 45 years old and below
- Minimum 3 years of experience on the same role
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
