Position Title: Commi Chef (Hot and Cold)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
High-end casual dining restaurant
Job Description:
• Assist other Chefs, measure ingredients, and clean stations
• Prepare meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
• Assist with Stock Rotation
• Prepare and cook dishes as instructed by the Chef
• Receive deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 40 years and below
• High school diploma or any relevant
• At least 2 years of kitchen experience in stand-alone restaurant preferably high-end casual dining or 5-star hotels
• Must have experience in international cuisine
• Must be willing to work in Bluewaters
