Job description / Role
• Reporting to: Chef
• Duration: 2-Year Contract
• Probation: 6 Months
• Travel requirements: Nil
Objectives:
• To assist the Chef in preparation of the products.
Main responsibilities:
• The commi/confectioner should be able to prepare the products as instructed by the Chef or with the given instructions to the standards of the products.
Subordinates:
• Commi / Kitchen Helpers
Salary:
AED
2,000 to 4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• University Qualifications: Diploma or Experience, Graduate is an advantage.
• Nature and length of previous experience: 2 - 5 years
• Specialist knowledge: Knowledge in baking and making desserts. Should also have innovative idea for new products or variants
• Language Fluency: English
• Current Location: UAE
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Follow instructions and set of rules for producing the product
