Commi up to 4.5k Aed for a Catering Company in Uae
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
• Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control

• SALARY: up to 4,500 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Any nationalities
• Male, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
• High school graduate or any relevant certificates
• 2-3 experience in the same role and in F&B
• Must have strong knowledge in Mediterranean and International cuisine
• Must have HACCP certificate
• With professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef’s training course and previous experiences in quality establishments along with good culinary skills
• With experience in both hot and cold kitchen
• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
• Very good in English speaking, reading, writing proficiency as most recipes are written and has to read to follow the instructions
