Commi – Hot Section

Job description / Role

Job Description:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of hot food items, including meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and sauces.
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot section, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor food temperatures during cooking and ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate level of doneness.

Position Title: Commi – Hot Section
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai.

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationals
- 38 years old and below
- Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience in the same industry.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
