Job description / Role
Position Title: Commi - Sushi
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus monthly tips and quarterly incentives
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A well-known Arabic restaurant based in Dubai, particularly known for it's signature dishes inspired by Arabic and international cultures
Job Description:
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Prepare all menu items to ensure that restaurant approved recipes is being followed, guided by Exec Chef
• Responsible to maintain cleanliness of assigned working Station including sanitation and sterilization of all utensils as per protocol
• Cook by the recipe and to specification and customer requests
• Assist the kitchen team and be a team player based on daily demands of a busy kitchen
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 1 year of experience in the same role preferably from a casual dining restaurant that served sushi
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
