Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key tasks
- Commis 2 - Hot and Cold Kitchen
- We are looking for an experienced candidate with certificate or undergone HACCP and Basic and Intermediate Food Hygiene training.
- Should have good English communication skills and an excellent team player.
- Keeps working area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel.
- Takes the full responsibilities of his section when his immediate supervisor is not there.
- Supports directly the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in the daily operation and work.
- Works according to the menu specifications (pictures or/and portions) set by Chefs.
- Monitors the stock.
- Creates and presents the dishes in line with cooking instructions and supervisor's instructions
- Adapts work to fluctuations in level of activity, to special events and particular guests
- Helps receive deliveries and tidies food items according to storage guidelines
- Is responsible for the high standard of dishes prepared

- Level of Education Bachelor / License Areas of study Hospitality Professional experiences 1 to 2 years Languages essential English
