Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key tasks
• To have the ability and willingness to learn how to:
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work environment
• Follow recipes.
• Have good knife skills
• Season food properly
• Fill out all requisitions properly
• Rotate label and date product all food on station & in walk in cooler
• Clean and maintain equipment properly
• Can communicate with all internal customers efficiently. {stewarding, service staff}
• Can properly follow all processes that are in place
• Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements
• Ability to work in a fast paced, intense work environment. Under sometimes extreme heat and stress.
• To assist colleagues, in supporting Culinary teams, if required, to enhance team spirit, develop credibility, respect, openness and trust.
• Safety Procedures and Practices.
