Position Title: Commis Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and duty meals

About the Client:
A chain of high-end casual dining restaurant
Job Description:
• Prepares and cooks food and prepare ingredients as per requisitions, according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
• Completes all required checklists for each shift and makes daily production lists
• Operates kitchen equipment and tools, ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
• Participates in food preparations for catering, special events or lunch/ dinner services as required
• Minimize spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising strict portion control as per operating procedure
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• At least 1 year of UAE experience in the same role
