About the Client:
A well-known restaurant group in Dubai

Job Description:
• Measure meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie
• Prepare meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
• Prepare basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie
• Receive deliveries and verify that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality

Requirements

Position Title: Commis Chef – Hot Section
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:
• 38 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in hot, pasta, and grill section
• Must be a High School Diploma holder
• Must have basic knowledge of Food Hygiene
• Good English communication skills are preferred
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
