Job description / Role

Position Title: Commis Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.1K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus paid overtime, meal on duty and uniform
Benefits: As per UAE Labor Law
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A casual dining restaurant based in Dubai.

-Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables, meats, and other food items.
-Ensure that all ingredients are stocked and readily available for cooking.
-Support senior chefs in cooking and assembling dishes.
-Help with the presentation and plating of dishes to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards.

Qualifications:
-Open to Asian nationals
-35 years old below
-Minimum of 2 years experience in Chinese or Thai cuisine
-Open to home country experience.
-Proficient in wok cooking techniques and knowledgeable with knives and knife skills.
