Commis Chef

Job description / Role

• Assisting in the preparation of ingredients for cooking.
• Ensuring that the assigned workstation is clean, well-stocked, and organized
• Following recipes accurately and precisely to ensure consistency and maintain the desired taste, texture, and presentation of dishes.
• Assisting with the organization and inventory management of ingredients and supplies.
• Actively seeking opportunities to learn and develop culinary skills and knowledge.

• Proven experience of minimum 2 years as Commis Chef or similar role.
• Higher Secondary. Degree or diploma in Hotel management /Culinary course is an add on advantage.
• Flexibility to commute between outlets
• Good communication skills.

Salary:
AED 2,900 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
