Commis I & II – Pastry

Job description / Role

• Prepare, bake, and cook pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to standard recipes and quality guidelines
• Assist senior pastry chefs in daily kitchen and bakery operations
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and product presentation
• Support ingredient preparation, inventory control, and minimize food wastage while developing pastry skills

• Male, open to Asian nationality, age 28–36
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in UAE F&B industry
• Basic pastry/baking knowledge and training
• Team player with good hygiene and safety awareness
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with a positive attitude

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
