Position Title: Commis Pastry
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.2K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, service charge and duty meal
Job Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A well-known high end casual restaurant that serves Mediterranean inspired dishes.
Job Description:
• Coordinate within team in the pastry section of the kitchen – from cleanliness to stocks and needed supplies
• Prepare ingredients and handle baking and other kitchen equipment
• Maintain order and cleanliness of working area
• Check stocks, expiry dates, orders and any challenge in the pastry section
• Create pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant field
• Must have 2 years of experience in the same role in the UAE
