• We are looking to employ a communications specialist with exceptional public speaking and writing skills.
• A communications specialist is expected to be a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
• You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• To ensure success, communications specialists should be innovative, organized, and self-motivated with a keen interest in driving strategic messages to key internal and external role-players.
• Our communications function is responsible for building and protecting our reputation worldwide on traditional and digital outlets.
• Our Communications & PR team oversees multiple managed markets, supporting verticals to help share our story and opportunity.
• We move fast and leveraging all channels to reach our audiences.
• You’ll be able to make a difference quickly, contributing ideas and shaping our thinking.
• Shaping and defining the external communication strategy to elevate our visibility in markets across different language speaking markets.
• Managing multiple agencies to deliver measurable consumer, corporate and B2B content.
• Ideating scalable content to keep us in the news leveraging a combination of data, product, campaign and events.
• Keeping a finger on the pulse of breaking news, spotting trends and other editorial/content opportunities, what makes the news and how to create that narrative.
• Problem solving to develop creative media relations strategies, while also being analytical and measurement driven.
• Must be proficient in drafting pitches, media briefings, Q&As as well as generating campaign ideas.
• Responding to global media enquiries and acting as our global media contact.

Requirements

• Creative thinking and an all-round make-it-happen team attitude.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in strategic or corporate communications or brand management, advantageous if experience is in both an agency and in-house setting.
• Strong story-telling experience to consumer, corporate and B2B audiences.
• Demonstrable experience of an integrated approach to PR (content, social media, influencers, media partnership etc.).
• Strong media contacts; sound knowledge of influencers and non-traditional channels.
• Great English writing, editing and proof-reading skills; Understanding SEO optimization
